Our Friday nights are thoughtfully designed to help you release the weight of the week and ease into the weekend with grace and ease — all within the warmth of a supportive, sober community.
This week, treat yourself to a special sound bath focused on gently soothing your nervous system and inviting deep relaxation.
🌙 What to Expect:
A cozy, welcoming space — no need to bring anything but yourself (and a journal!).
Elise will softly guide you to set an intention, take deep, nourishing breaths, and release any lingering tension.
Sink into the comfort of sound waves that wash over your body, calming your mind and filling your spirit with peace and pleasure.
Distance Reiki will be administered throughout the experience, as well as hands on Reiki toward the end.
Let yourself drift into a state of pure comfort and ease. This is your time to rest, reset, and reconnect with yourself — so you can slide effortlessly into the weekend, feeling lighter and more aligned.

Feel free to arrive ready to check in, pour yourself tea, socialize and get settled in. Stay a little late to journal and wrap up. You can expect to be here from 5:45-7:15.
