Rowing BC Junior Development Camp ~ Vancouver

This one day camp is an opportunty to bring together some of BC top Junior Rowing athletes and coaches for a full day of training, testing and information. Athletes will be grouped into boats with athletes from programs across BC to galvanize technical themes in the first session and then to challenge each other in a competitive side by side session in the afternoon. Athletes will be be informed about Rowing BC and Rowing Canada initiatives and future opportunities by Rowing BC Director of Performance Terry Paul and enjoy a guest speaker during lunch. The final session in the afternoon will be a chance to measure yourself against the other camp athletes in our famous Rowing BC 1000 meters @ rate 24 and 3 x 3 stroke max watts test on the Concept 2 ergometer.
