What can I expect?Return to Center is a guided journey that blends the evidence-backed benefits of breathwork, with the healing power of live music therapy. This is not a traditional sound bath, it's an experience designed to support regulation, emotional release, and reconnection.

What instruments can I expect?

Our music therapist Rhos will weave live instrumentation — including guitar, flute, voice, and various sound healing instruments — into the session. Expect the textures of crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, tuning forks, seedpod rattle, and the grounding pulse of the shamanic drum. Each sound is intentionally layered to support different phases of your breath journey: activation, exploration, integration.

This experience is co-facilitated by a registered music therapist and breathwork practitioner Nick, who also works as an osteopath utilising cranio-sacral therapy and visceral treatment. Together, they create a safe, therapeutic container. You won’t be left drifting; you’ll be guided, supported, and anchored in presence.
