Isn't it fun to spend your first year as a board member lost and lonely?! NO! IT'S NOT! This Sip & Chat is for board members and administrators who are eager to give their new board member confidence from the start. Monica Koechlein from Richmond Symphony Orchestra will walk us through her on-boarding process and help us avoid that first year fog! (This is a great one for members of governance committees!)
