Join us for a Community Forum to discuss the proposed renovation and bond request for Morrisson-Reeves Library. The event will feature a short presentation by representatives from the Library Board of Trustees and the project's architect, followed by a public question-and-answer session.
The presentation will address key questions raised at a previous County Council meeting, including how the project's scope was determined, the alternatives considered, and the critical issues facing the building. This project is essential for addressing significant issues such as failing exterior brick, safety issues in the building, inadequate accessibility, and the need to update mechanical and electrical systems.
More information about the renovation project can be found at mrlinfo.org/building
