Model Making Day with Owen Moody

Join us for a special day of creativity and craft as renowned model maker Owen Moody takes over the Normanby Room for a hands-on model making event. Known for exhibiting at major events like Warfest, Owen will be working on his latest dioramas live throughout the day.

Come along to watch the process, ask questions, and chat with Owen about the world of model making. He’ll also be bringing a selection of his finished pieces for inspiration.

Feeling inspired? Bring your own kit and join in! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned hobbyist, you’re welcome to sit, model, and share tips with fellow enthusiasts in a relaxed and friendly setting.

No need to book – just turn up and get stuck in! Regular museum admission applies.
