Calling all -local artisans and crafters, rock lovers, wanna learn Lapidary and have some free time during the day? Registration is open and the class is filling.
This class is a great way to get real time coaching and personalized instruction while learning foundational skills, having tips and tricks explained as we go. From Toxicity in stones, fitting PPE, and machine and handling basics, I cover the nitty gritty along side orienting, cutting, shaping, and polishing beautiful gemstones.
This class is mid-day, and great for homeschool or independent studdy extracurricular, work from home folks with a flexibility in schedules, and retirees looking to shift gears.
You MUST REGISTER via their website to attend. Class fees and details are there as well. Classes are 3hrs, once a week, Thursdays from 12-3pm for 8weeks, ending on a Nov.20. Seats provided, but plan on some standing and wearing safety glasses or shield, wet apron, and mask while working the machines. We are working with our 🙌 hands.
But you don’t make jewelery- NO PROBLEM ! We’ll turn your cabochons into pendants with help in class.
