🚶‍♂️ BeTempered Gratitude Walk. Month 2 🚶‍♀️

Last month, 41 people showed up and chose to walk with purpose. Now we build on it.

A gratitude walk is intentional movement with an intentional mindset. You walk without music or distraction and mentally list things you’re grateful for, past, present, and even future.

It’s about resetting perspective, grounding yourself, and recognizing blessings even in pressure or pain.

No sign-up. No pressure. Just show up.
