Forge Wine Dinner with Marchesi di Barolo

Join us at Forge for an exclusive wine dinner with Marchesi di Barolo. The evening will be hosted by Valentina, a family member of the Marchesi di Barolo vineyard, and she will share the story of the winery and guide you through each of the wines served.

Marchesi di Barolo has been producing wine for six generations. Since acquiring the historic cellars of the Marchesi Falletti in 1929, the family has continued a winemaking tradition that began in the early 19th century. With a deep understanding of the land and a commitment to preserving the identity of each vineyard parcel, the estate remains dedicated to varietal purity and terroir. Based in the town of Barolo itself, this is where Barolo wine was first created.

Guests will be welcomed with a glass of fizz and estate-inspired snacks, followed by a six-course tasting menu created by Michelin award-winning, head chef Jake Jones, each dish paired with a different wine. To end the evening, a petit fours course will be served.
