Fall Workshop Series: Elderberry Syrup + Fire Cider

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to craft two time-honored herbal remedies: elderberry syrup and fire cider.

Using farm-grown ingredients like ginger, hibiscus, and spicy peppers, we’ll prepare these simple, powerful tonics step by step. Both recipes have long been used by folk herbalists to support wellness and protect against seasonal colds.

Participants will take home the knowledge to make their own batches and keep these remedies on hand through the colder months.
