CPR & AED Course

This foundational course teaches participants how to recognize and respond to cardiac and breathing emergencies across all age groups.

Course Topics Include:

• Scene safety and assessing responsiveness

• CPR techniques for adults, children, and infants

• Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

• Two-rescuer CPR and team dynamics

• Relief of choking in adults, children, and infants

• Post-resuscitation care and recovery position

• Mental health awareness and responder self-care

• Certification: Successful participants receive a 2-year certification in CPR & AED (Adult, Child, and Infant) , with an option for re-certification upon expiration.

Instructor Focus: Each instructor personalizes training with real-world examples from emergency calls, healthcare environments, and community incidents. Participants learn what to expect during actual emergencies and how to respond with confidence and composure.
