About the event

Community Connections: Tomato Canning Workshop

Join us Wednesday, September 17 from 5 to 6:30 pm for Community Connections! The tomatoes are ready to harvest in the community garden, thanks to the hard work of the volunteers in the SSS program.

We will demonstrate how to can tomatoes so that you can maximize your use of this summer vegetable. Event attendees will leave with garden fresh canned tomatoes and sample recipes.
