Civic Association Meeting

Our first guest is Mr. Marvin Hicks, Community Memory Fellow for the RPL Memory Lab.

Come learn all the wonderful things the Memory Lab provides such as resources for personal archiving and digitization of photos, home movies, and other forms of media.

Our second guest will be Mr. Woody L. Winborn, Jr. Management Analyst, Senior & Background Investigator with the Department of Emergency Communications Preparedness & Response for RVA

Mr. Winborn will be covering the following topics:

* C.E.R.T. Team information (Citizens Early Response Team).
* Understanding the 911 center
* Office of Emergency Management
* Sign up for Richmond Ready


Doors will open at noon for room set up.
