BuildHer: Shaping the Future of Women in the Building Industry

About the Event

Celynn from Intrica and Colleen from Building Connections are joining forces to discover what women truly want in the way of community and support within the building industry.

BuildHer is our first focus group—an intimate gathering of women across trades, design, supply, management, and business ownership. Together, we’ll explore what’s needed to create a community that supports and empowers women at every stage of their journey.

This is more than networking—it’s a safe, supportive space to share experiences, voice challenges, and shape the kind of events, programs, and advocacy that women in our industry are calling for. With just 12 seats available, every voice will be heard.
