Box + Flow: Cherry Pick'd Boxing

Join us for Box + Flow: Wellness Boxing with Cherry Pick'd—a fun, active way to move your body, sweat, and connect.

This community-powered class combines fitness, mindfulness, and accountability—helping you stay consistent in your goals both in and outside the gym.

Tickets: Coach Cherry collects $10 per person at the door (kids are welcome + FREE)

What to Expect

• 🥊 40 minutes of conditioning at Cherry Pick'd Boxing (lead by Coach Cherry all ages, all levels welcome!)
• 🥊 Bring your own boxing gloves (but not required)
• 🧃 Pre & post-class wellness sampling— kick off our workout with a ginger shot and go home with some wellness goodies by JUST wellness
• 🤝 New connections—meet like minded people and particiapte in an goals + accountability partner in thrive prompt to drive personal and professional goals together
