Looking for a meaningful way to give this season? As we look ahead to 2026, it’s a reminder that small actions can make a big difference.

Blood donations often drop during the winter, but the need doesn’t. A single donation can help surgical and trauma patients and others who depend on lifesaving transfusions in our community.

If you’re setting New Year’s resolutions, consider adding blood donation to your list. It’s a simple way to give back.

If you can donate, Versiti Blood Center of Dayton will host a blood drive from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2026, at Reid Health.
