Welcome to the B'Coming Kings Information Session!
Come join us for an exciting in-person 90-minute introduction session at 1223 N 25th St. This event is designed to help you understand the B’coming Kings curriculum—our research-informed, culturally grounded curriculum designed to nurture identity, resilience, and purpose in All young men, with special attention to the experiences of Black Young Men. This curriculum supports mentor programming for churches, schools, out of school programs, sports teams, etc. Inspired by Dr. Carter G. Woodson’s charge to free the mind before the man, nurture identity, and build resilience. To do this B’coming Kings helps young men own their narratives, build emotional mastery, transform behaviors and reject the limitations imposed by societal stereotypes.
Refreshments will be provided.
Educators, youth workers, coaches, PEER/PRS, mentors, school counselors, faith & nonprofit leaders, juvenile justice and reentry partners.
B’coming Kings is more than life skills—it’s a pathway to confidence, clarity, and compassion: men who protect with empathy, provide with purpose, and lead with humility.
Don't miss this opportunity to level up and conquer your goals. See you there!
