Arete Run Club - OCTOBER

Introducing the Arete Social Run Club 🏃🏼‍♂️‍➡️

Our run club will be held on the first Saturday of the month, starting 6th September 🙌🏻

Dates will be: 6th Sept, 4th Oct, 1st Nov & 6th Dec

6:15am arrival at Arete to warm up with a generalised running warm up
6:30am the run begins
7:30am return to Arete

You are welcome to run, jog or walk any distance you wish inside of the hour so that each individual can work at their own pace! We will all return to Arete at the same designated time to socialise afterwards!

Everyone is invited, so bring your mates, your fam, your doggo & even kids if they’re up for a run or a push in the pram 🏃🏼‍♂️‍➡️
