Choose from 3️⃣ mileage goals!

👟 Conquer all 51.7 miles of the Capital Trail. Pass every mile marker on the trail, break it into bits & pieces or do it all at once!

💪 Double down for 103.4 miles! Complete an out and back on the Capital Trail (or finish the additional 51.7 miles somewhere new).

🎂 Celebrate the Trail’s 10th Birthday by crushing 517 miles (complete the Capital Trail (51.7 miles) 10 times or complete 51.7 miles on the Trail and the other 465.3 miles wherever you'd like).

🚴🏾‍♂️🚶🏾‍♀️ Choose your activity (stroll, powerwalk, jog, run, skate, bike, unicycle, moonwalk.... or a combo) to complete each of the 51.7 miles of the Virginia Capital Trail plus additional miles depending on the chosen challenge level. Once you have completed and submitted your mileage goal, you'll earn a stylish Conquered the Trail Summer Challenge t-shirt with your hard-earned mileage goal on the back. You deserve it! 🔥

🛼 To help keep you motivated to achieve your goal, we're hosting several pop-up rest stops throughout the summer with refreshing snacks, water, and giveaways:

- June 28th (10 am - 1 pm), Charles City County Courthouse
- July 19th (10 am - 1 pm), Jamestown Trailhead
- August 16th (10 am - 1 pm), Great Shiplock Park

🥳 There's also an End of Summer Challenge Party on September 13th plus prizes for different activity categories including running, skating, cycling, and walking!
