Boardgame MiniCon 2025

*Please note that this is not an official Heroes World sanctioned event. It is a third party using our space to run their event. Heroes World is simply helping to promote. All sign ups and inquiries should be directed at the contacts listed below.

MiniCon is an annual boardgame get together. Select from various games to learn and play. For only a $10 cash fee (to be paid the day of), you will have access to multiple boardgames and a RPG session. Each game play is scheduled during certain time slots, and comes with an instructor to teach you the game.

To sign up:

• Take a look at the excel sheet for the game details
• Signup for the games you want to play at https://signupschedule.com/rodentraft

Things to keep in mind:

o All games will be taught during the event, so no experience needed

o If you're signing up for someone else, please create a login for them and sign them up under their own names

o If you can only attend for part of the day, just signup for the game(s) you/they can attend

o We have one 4-5 hour RPG running this year (slots B and C, 1:30-6:30), so players are asked to attend the entire timeslot (breaks will be integrated)

We use the sign-up sheet to also get an estimated headcount for the facilities, to ensure we have enough space and enough games running, so please signup as soon as you can!
