Talk with A Doula: Labor & Delivery Prep Class

This class is led by a Doula and is created for moms who are six months pregnant or more, along with one support person. We believe every parent deserves to understand what to expect during labor and delivery, and to feel emotionally and physically prepared for this journey.

You will leave with practical tools, education, and encouragement from a warm and welcoming environment.
