Come join us for a transformative experience with Wild Raven breathwork, and check out the new location.
This in-person event will take you on a journey of self-discovery and healing through the power of breath. As a certified and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, I will guide you through various breathing patterns designed to help you release stress, expand your awareness, and connect deeply with your body.
No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and willingness to choose in.
A session would look a little something like this:
gentle movement to loosen up your bod/mind
getting comfy
listening to music whilst I talk you through a guided session
following a pattern of breathing that I'll walk you through
feeling some feels
emoting some emotions
a short, relaxing, guided meditation
time and space to just "be"
room to journal about what came up for you
a new, refreshed take on the moment
guidance on integration going forward
Sessions look a little different every time, and are experienced a little differently by every individual.
There is no "right" way to experience breathwork, whatever way it shows up for you is the correct one.
** NOTE: please arrive at least 10 minutes early, session begins promptly at 7:00 **
What to bring:
- a yoga mat (I'll have extras if needed)
- chapstick (to avoid dry lips)
- filled water bottle
- pillow and/or blanket (let's get comfy!)
- eye mask (optional)
- journal and pen
