Come join us for a powerful and uplifting experience focused on connection, introspection, and empowerment. This is a chance to come together in community, meet new people, and share real conversations in a welcoming and safe space. Each week we explore a new theme that ties into something positive happening in the world today, helping us grow as individuals while staying grounded in the present. We’ll look at an ancient text, open it up for group discussion, and reflect on how it relates to our own lives. There’s music throughout the event with optional sing-alongs to lift your spirit and bring everyone closer together. We’ll take time to go inward during a deep and calming Sound Bath using beautiful instruments from around the world, creating space to find inspiration and clarity within ourselves. We end with final reflections, more music, and time to simply enjoy each other’s company. This is a meaningful experience that leaves you feeling more connected, more inspired, and more in tune with who you truly are. Chairs and yoga mats are provided, but comfort is key, please bring anything you need to be comfortable like a pillow, bolster, blanket or sleeping pad ✌️🫶🙏
