In this 60-minute circle, you will:
Ground in a safe space with an invocation and calling a sacred circle

Explore your body's wisdom through somatic movement and intuitive dance

Arrive 15 minutes early to get your spot. Doors will be locked at 6 pm. Bring water, mat, pillow--whatever you need to be comfortable. Wear loose clothing that you feel comfortable moving in, and prepare to ignite your soulfire.
