Kids Interactive Soundbath and Yoga

Hey kids are you ready for some after school fun?? 🎉✨️

Please join us this coming Monday October 6th at 4:30pm for a fun interactive experience that will include kids yoga, breathwork, and sound healing 🥰


This class will be approximately 30-40 minutes. No prior yoga, meditation, or music experience needed! Come dressed in comfortable clothes and bring your favorite squishy or stuffed animal and blanket to cuddle during the resting portion of class. 🧸🎠

Mats and blankets will also be provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Some music instruments will also be provided for you to play, but if you have your own favorite instrument you can also bring that as well. 🎼🎶🎵🪇🪈🪘

The energy exchange for this class is $10 per student ✨️🌀
