Halloween Picture Fairy

Richland photographer Scott Butner (aka the Picture Fairy) will once again set up in the library lobby to take fun, professional photos of people in their Halloween costumes! This will be his 15h year of doing so!

Photos are on a walk-in basis this year due to shorter than usual hours -- but for those kids who need a quieter environment, remember that the first hour and the last hour are usually the quietest.

Scott donates his time and efforts to take free of charge and out of the goodness of his heart. But if you want to express extra appreciation, we heard a rumor that he loves Some Bagels and Starbucks...

Photos will be available on Scott's Facebook after the event so you can share with your family and friends. By participating, you are agreeing to allow Scott to post your photos on Facebook.
