Gentle Yoga with Rae

Come harmonize your mind, body and spirit through the gentle movement of yoga. Give yourself the gift of a clear, peaceful mind and increased mobility and relief from pain. Clear your thoughts and release those that no longer serve you as you metamorphose into a more centered and grounded you. Cleanse your spirit, begin anew, experience letting go just as the leaves let go of the trees. All levels are welcome $10/per person. We have the blocks, mats and straps, just bring your lovely self.
