Available distances are 1 Mile or ½ mile

Boerie roll for each entrant
After drinks and food available from Rugby club

Beer mile rules:
• 1 Beer consumed per 400m in Drink, Run, Drink, Run, Drink, Run, Drink, Run sequence
• 330 ml beer per stop
• All beers must be consumed within the 9-meter transition zone
• The container must be turned over the head to confirm it is empty before starting the run.
