Join us for Belmont’s First Annual Spring Fling — a fun, community-style spring market where one person’s junk truly becomes another person’s treasure!
Do some spring cleaning and finally let go of that item you’ve been indecisive about. This event is perfect for selling, browsing, and discovering unique finds in a welcoming outdoor setting.

📐 Booth Sizes & Pricing:
• 12x12 booth — $50
• 12x20 booth — $75
🛍 Shopper Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

📋 Vendor Rules & Guidelines
• Vendors must provide their own tables, tents, chairs, and displays
• Booth spaces must be kept within assigned boundaries
• Vendor setup time is Friday, March 20, from 5:00–8:30PM or Saturday morning starting at 6:30 (all cars must be moved and parked before 8:30)
• Vendors must be fully set up before shopper hours begin
• Vendors are responsible for all items in their booth at all times
• No illegal, stolen, or prohibited items may be sold
• Vendors must keep their area clean and remove all items and trash at the end of the event
• No refunds for cancellations or no-shows unless the event is canceled by the host
• Event will take place rain or shine unless otherwise notified
• Belmont is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items

• Cash App or Venmo: Payment must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• Check-In: All must check in before starting.
