Dear Supporter of the Church of the Risen Savior Whitetail Dinner Auction,
The Whitetail Dinner Auction has a rich history of supporting faith-centered education. Over the past twenty-six events, this beloved gathering has raised more than $1,355,000 for our parish and its educational programs—a remarkable achievement for our small rural community.
We are excited to announce that the 27th Whitetail Dinner Auction will take place at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 28, 2026, and we invite you to be part of this special evening!
How You Can Help
Once again, we are reaching out to our generous supporters to help make this event a success. Your contributions—whether as a donation for the live or silent auction, or by joining us at the event—are vital to our fundraising efforts. Guests look forward to bidding on a variety of items, including those that are delicious, unique, beautiful, or practical. Your donation will help us continue this tradition of giving and community support.
We would greatly appreciate your help in donating an item for the auction. To allow us enough time to finalize our program, we kindly ask that all donations be submitted by February 20, 2026. A donation form is included for your convenience. You can arrange for a pickup by contacting the parish office at (573) 236-4390, or drop off your item at the Church of the Risen Savior parish office or Peoples Savings Bank in Rhineland.
Join Us for an Evening of Fun & Fellowship
We would also love to have you join us for the event! The ticket price is $75 per person, which includes a delicious meal, complimentary drinks, and a chance to enjoy the fun of bidding and raising funds for a great cause.

To-Go Meals Available
By popular demand, our talented kitchen crew is offering a prime rib dinner to-go this year! This option is limited and must be pre-registered. If you'd like to take advantage of this option, please message us. The cost for a to-go meal is $40 each, and pickup will be at 5:00 p.m. on the day of the event.
