MELT All Levels Class

MELT is magic!- This all levels class uses specialized soft rollers and small MELT hand and foot treatment balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, enhance athletic performance, and keep your whole body feeling great at any age. All levels class is a faster pace than the Intro or Recovery classes with an alternating focus of upper/lower each week. MELT is exceptional for managing chronic pain and stiffness. *However, if you are experiencing an active injury/illness or pronounced pain, you may wish to wait before beginning, attend an Intro session first, or perhaps consider a private session.* Anne will provide modification suggestions during classes, but sometimes personalized attention is more appropriate.
