Ecstatic Dance is a joyful, soul-nourishing space where you can express yourself authentically, shake off stress, and reconnect with your natural rhythms, while being held by the therapeutic support of a certified art therapist.

It blends guided movement, improvisational dance, mindfulness, and playful exploration to spark creativity, release emotions, and awaken joy. Think of it as equal parts therapy, community, and celebration.

No dance experience is necessary to participate, just a willingness to move, play, and be present. Whether you’re processing something tender, looking for a vibrant way to care for your body, or simply craving the energy of free movement in community, you are warmly welcome here.
