Hi everyone! I’m a certified ADHD Coach with over five years of experience supporting adults, students, and parents in developing systems and strategies that work effectively for their brains, not against them. I’ve worked with hundreds of people navigating executive function challenges, emotional dysregulation, motivation struggles, burnout cycles, and the beautiful chaos that often comes with living with ADHD.
I understand how frustrating it can be to feel like you're constantly starting over or trying to fit into systems that just aren’t built for how your brain works. Over the years, I’ve collected a wealth of tools, insights, and real-world strategies through coaching and personal experience—things that actually help when the dopamine is low, tasks feel overwhelming, or the shame spiral starts creeping in.
My goal is to share my knowledge with my community. To offer support, validation, and a bit of hope for anyone struggling to make sense of how to function and get things done.
