Your Annual General Meeting

Come and hear what your organisation has done in the last year; what it has done with your money; approve the annual accounts; elect your committee for 2026 and agree what subs will be for the coming year
After the AGM listen to Angela Anwyl talking about:
Music Making in Retford, 1896 to 1929
Angela, who has published two books on this subject, will feature pianist Muriel Spencer; organist / choirmaster /conductor and teacher Hamilton White and music shop owner Walter Parke amongst others. The talk
will also include the early years of the North Nottinghamshire Musical Competitions. Angela will also show a few photographs from the Welchman Collection and talk about how the resources at Bassetlaw Museum have enhanced her research. Some of these will be on display for the evening.
Admission is free for all, refreshments will be available
