Wear comfortable clothes. Bring extra pillow, blanket or leg pillow if desired. Carry your sacred tools for recharging and consider bringing a journal if desired.

Doors open 15 min prior to event. Please arrive accordingly; as we will lock the doors and start promptly to not disrupt the energy flow.

This sacred shift also invites us to release what no longer serves us and plant intentions for growth and renewal.

Multi healers will be guiding you through breathwork, physical movement, mantra and soundscape to create a state of deep well-being. Miss Joelle is a skilled licensed hypnotherapist and a guide in the realm of meditation, specializing in calming the mind.
