Plant Deeds Wellness invites you to join us on another series of Soulful Salawat gatherings in nature. Fikr in the Forest is an opportunity to practice communal hiking as a tool for rememberance, reflection & physical restoration.

This Fall season we will explore the Science & Secrets of Salmon. We are nearby miracles right outside our doors every day. One of them is salmon spawning, historically and presently stewarded by the Lushootseed speaking indigenous communities. We will imagine and consider the miracles that happen every day for us, and the gratitude and joy that this brings us. We intend for these gatherings to spark connection, action & long term change in the way we relate to the land, its inhabitants, our communities & The Creator.
