Description of Active Intuitive Meditation 1 (6 week series):
Join us to learn to shake off those lingering family, work, or world chaos energies that no longer serve you. We'll equip you with practical tools to reconnect with your true self, no chanting "Ommm" required (I was never good at that either). Instead, you'll learn how to "run your energy" and use those tools to release unwanted energies, raising your vibration to welcome love, abundance, and joy. This higher vibration also awakens your inner intuition. Your magic is real, and we will have a blast exploring it!
Consistently "running your energy" offers many benefits, such as reducing stress, bringing in peace, clearing the chaos for more clarity, neutralizing challenging family dynamics, enhancing your intuitive gifts, connecting with your higher self for answers, strengthening the link between your physical and spiritual self, and boosting your capacity for joy in life. Grab a friend because this journey starts with a minimum of three people.
