Dans le cadre du week end de festivité au studio pour Halloween organisé avec l'Antre des effrontées nous avons l'occasion de prendre une petite revanche.
En 2020 nous devions accueillir Magnus Labbe en workshops au studio, mais le covid nous avait joué un mauvais tour nous contraignant à la fermeture et l'annulation des workshops.
Cet automne on espère que le sort nous sera bien plus favorable.
On vous a donc concocté un beau petit programme à base de spinning, de static, de contempo et de low flow parce que c'est la saison parfaite pour sortir ses plus belles chaussettes et pour danser (presque) tout habillé.
Samedi 1er novembre 2025.
14h30 - 16h : Spintastics (90 min – Deb +/inter )
Flow is the key element in this fun Spinny Pole workshop. You will learn dynamic and flowy spin combos using strength, flexibility and control to make you look effortless end elegant on a spin pole, so let s get dizzy together.
16h15- 17h45 : Magnus secret tricks and combo (90 min – Inter et +)
This workshop has it all. This is Magnus’ favourite tricks and
combos. You will be climbing, dropping, inverting, rotating, spinning and more in this fun and challenging workshop on static pole.

11h - 12h30 : Contemporary Pole
In this special and creative contemporary pole class by Magnus is inspired from modern dance techniques. Learn how to flow around the pole using release techniques from the modern dance world and explore a language of flow movement. In the class we will do a contemporary choreography using the pole and we will be spinning, rolling and dancing on the floor and in the air. Please bring socks and kneepads for protection.
14h- 15h30 : Let’s get Low (90 min – TOUS NIVEAUX)
Flow is the key element in this fun low pole flow workshop based on cool floor work transitions and interesting low and dynamic flows on static pole. We will incorporate the floor as an apparatus. Good idea to wear socks and maybe knee pads for protection.
