You will be crafting your own Fire Cider and taking it home with you.
Please bring your apron, your favorite knife for cutting and a cutting board!
Come to class and learn to make an herbal home-remedy made famous by Rosemary Gladstar. It is an herbal blend of spicy and sweet; a tonic for the immune system and supporter of circulation and digestion. Learn about the ingredients, their benefits and why you want to use them..
