Barre & Brunch

Gather your girls and come enjoy the farm like you never have before! Join Kelli Joseph Byrnes in a sculpting class followed by a delicious lunch on the porch. Over looking the beautiful pond while surrounded by nature and wildlife, you are sure to find your zen.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel, water bottle and optional light weights. The workout will be 45 minutes using light or no weights, low impact, full body workout. Doable for all fitness levels. We cant wait to see you!
