This event is a full breathwork journey. A full breathwork journey session is two hours and looks like the following:
✨30 mins of introductions with intention setting and grounding
🧘♀️1 hour of breathing (this is performed laying down. You will breath in and out of your mouth for half the time and in through your nose and out through your mouth the other half. There are a few short breath holds throughout)
🪴30 mins of reflection and focus for your day.
The purpose of these sessions are to help you reconnect your mind, body, and spirit so you may release trapped energy within and bring in the intensions you seek.
