About the event

Pushing Hands workshop

Pushing Hands in a two person tai chi practice. It is easy to pick up for new students and extremely beneficial for existing tai chi students as working with others teaches us a lot about how we interact with forces that affect us in everyday life.

Our workshop will be tailored to those attending but will include some fundamentals and some two person practice.
