Meet at Society Gym, Reigate. Quick intro to Fight or Flight: What we stand for, why we move and how showing up helps build stronger minds and bodies. Grab a coffee, meet the lads and get ready to work.
💪 12:00 – Workout (45 Minutes)
Group session led by Jonah from Society Gym. Suitable for all fitness levels. A solid mix of strength, movement and teamwork. Bring energy, leave stronger.
🚶♂ 12:45 – Walk & Talk (Reigate Priory)
A relaxed walk through the Priory grounds. Real conversations, good laughs, no pressure and no egos.
🍽 1:30– Food at Nisou Greek
Refuel and unwind at Nisou Greek Restaurant. Great food, great company and a chance to finish the day on a high.
