You'll be joining with complete beginners just like you, whether you're joining to kick-start your fitness goals, lose weight, build strength or just have fun, you'll achieve them all at My Body Rocks

Our 12 week Transformation Pole Beginner Course includes 36 Classes in total, 12 Beginner Pole classes which will take place every Tuesday at 2030 for the duration of your course, as well as 12 Conditioning Class credits and 12 Flexibility class credits you can use to book classes across the week, all for just £180, making it just £5 a class

4) Select the Location

5) Head to the date that your course starts and select the course

6) Scroll down and press Book Now

7) Then select pay now (if you choose to take advantage of the pay in two parts, remember to save your card details)
