The First Harvest Spirited Dinner

Join us at Chesapeake & Maine for a four-course Harvest Dinner celebrating the First Harvest of the season on Thursday, October 23 at 6 p.m. Each dish will feature fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced directly from local farmers’ markets, crafted to showcase the very best of autumn’s bounty. Come savor the flavors of the season and raise a glass to a bountiful harvest!

Menu:

1st Course-
Seared gnocchi with roasted butternut squash, fried pine nuts, sage coulis, and red sorrel
Paired with:
“LYTT”; Low ABV spritz style with bitter grapefruit and subtle cinnamon spice.
(Dolin Dry Vermouth, Blanco Tequila, Carbonated Grapefruit & Cinnamon Cordial)

2nd Course-
Reverse butterflied & grilled Atlantic Mackerel, Za’atar blackberry sour sauce, chili oil, roasted lemon, fennel oil
Paired with:
“The Harvest”; Negroni variation with notes of sweet corn, fall Punkin spice, and smoky ancho chili.
(Dogfish Head Barrel Honey Rum infused w/ Toasted Corn Husk, Dogfish Head Punkin Liqueur, Ancho Chili Infused Campari)

3rd Course-
Ube ravioli filled with Grana Padano & Maine lobster, spiced sea beans, sauce cardinal
Paired with:
“Kangaroo Kid”; Ramos Fizz w/ a sweet twist featuring ube (purple sweet potato), banana, and a light floral bouquet.
(Dogfish Head Ladybug Rum, Dogfish Head Mellowdious Gin, Ube Cream, Banana Liqueur, Crème de Violet, Egg White, Soda)

4th Course-
Apple Spiced Galette with Let’s Get Lost Sweet Whiskey Sauce and Vanilla Allspice Ice Cream
Paired with:
“Midnight Puffs”; Clarified Milk Mai Tai with rich, toasty notes of chocolate and spice.
(Dogfish Head Samba Amburana Whiskey, Cacao Nib Infused Agave Spirit, Dogfish Head Roasted Peanut Vodka, Coconut Orgeat, Lime, Xocolat Mole Bitters, all clarified with Cocoa Puff’s Milk)
