Complimentary Depression Screenings with MHA

On Tuesday, October 7, CAMP Rehoboth will partner with the Mental Health Association (MHA) of Delaware to recognize Mental Illness Awareness Week with complimentary depression screenings open to the community.

CAMP Rehoboth has partnered with the Delaware Mental Health Association in joining organizations around Delaware to offer quick anonymous screenings in various locations throughout the state. This partnership comes two days before National Depression Screening Day on Thursday, October 9, a day designed to call attention to the illness of depression on a national level, educate the public about symptoms and effective treatment, offer individuals the opportunity to be screened for depression and connect those in need to the mental health care system in Delaware.

Elizabeth A. Davis, Psy.D of MHA will be onsite to offer the complimentary depression screenings. These screenings are often the first step for individuals with depression in getting help. Pre-registration is encouraged, walk-ups are accepted on a first-come first served basis.
