The Regina Downtown bid is excited to once again offer FREE Zumba in the park. The perfect Friday night activity.

Zumba in the park is a fun, free fitness program that brings the energy of Zumba to the outdoors. This class is great for the whole family and provides an easy-to-follow, full body interval workout with both high and low intensity moves.
