In a world that rarely slows down, taking time to care for yourself isn’t a luxury—it’s essential. Join us for a nourishing evening of rest, reflection, and reconnection, guided by RWN member and wellness practitioner Jacquie Carter.
Drawing from her years of experience in holistic healing and intuitive bodywork, Jacquie will offer a refreshing and empowering approach to stress relief. She’ll introduce tools and insights—perhaps different than you’ve encountered before—that honour your natural rhythm and support deeper self-awareness.
Together, we’ll explore the Five Elements of Intimacy: Honour, Trust, Allowance, Gratitude, and Vulnerability—
not just in relation to others, but in how you connect with yourself. These principles will serve as a foundation for our gentle practices throughout the evening.
Following a brief discussion, Jacquie will lead a deeply calming Yoga Nidra session—a guided meditation designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore your inner calm. Whether you're new to this practice or returning to it, you’ll leave feeling more present, peaceful, and grounded.
What to bring:
• Comfortable clothing
• Yoga mat (extras available if needed)
• Water bottle
• Optional: eye mask or light blanket for extra comfort
Herbal teas and light, healthy snacks will be provided.
