Precision Piecing - Prairie Star Quilt

Her easy-to-follow methods of sewing blocks together are used to create many classic and modern quilt blocks still used today. Shelley’s techniques provide a foundation that changes the game for all your future projects.

Choosing fabrics for this adorable Prairie Star Quilt is easy too! For the two main colours select a favourite dark and medium print in blue, teal, pink or any colour you want. For the background select a light print or solid. In Bernie’s segment of the class, you will learn how to recognize and solve sewing machine issues that may be preventing you from doing your best work.

Shelley has been a passionate quilting instructor for over 33 years and the author of Easy Precision Piecing. She has developed many new methods and tools to help achieve exceptional results. Her system for accurate piecing and organization have received rave reviews from beginners and seasoned quilters alike.

Bernie is a sewing machine technician with 48 years experience. In his career, he has serviced nearly 60,000 sewing machines of all brands and is the author of You and Your Sewing Machine and Sewing Machine Reference Tool.
