This is not a dog training class.
It’s an emotional regulation and energy awareness practice.
Just a short 20-minute session, designed to be simple and not overwhelming.
Join us at the park to calmly sit with your dog and breathe together in a shared space. Listen to a meditation that allows you to become more aware of what is really happening. You might be 10 feet away from others—or 100. There’s no pressure and no judgment.
You and your pet get to experience what it’s like to stay centered together in a mildly stressful setting— having other dogs nearby while managing your own anticipation or nerves.
When you can remain calm and confident, everything else in your training journey becomes a little bit easier.
